Founder - Shinelle Grant
Shinelle Grant is a graduate of York University ( Bachelor of Human Resources Management Honors Degree). Raised in a single parent home and continually striving for success, Shinelle Grant aims to support other single parent families, low income families, and youth/ young adults. One Hand Foundation is not only an organization by a lived experience for Shinelle Grant. Born and raised in Toronto, Ontario, Canada; Shinelle has seen the gap of resources presented to these marginalized communities. Her hope is to support these under-priviledged communities. Guided by her faith and a commitment to impact, Shinelle has consistenly pursued growth through education and service. Over the years, she has recognized the need for strong leadership and strategic knowledge in community work. She continues her post secondary education to expand her capacity and serve with excellence and integrity. Through One Hand Foundation, Shinelle is commited to extending practical support, fostering resilience, and breaking systemic barriers for marginalized families and individuals.

Board Member - Stephanie Danso
Through her years of Experience in Social Service work, and mental health awareness. Stephanie is a primary supporter and board member at One Hand Foundation Inc. Stephanie Danso is a social worker, board member, community advocate, and author focused on social impact, leadership, and community well-being.
